See that all amendments / cancellations are made in the amendments /cancellation forms
To keep the sales office updated on sold out dates and category of rooms
To sort out and attach all correspondence with respective advance reservation forms
To keep the guest arrival list ready
To inform follow up with other departments regarding special instructions / facilities Assist in implementing T.B.E.M processes.
Enabling and adherence of the principles and work practices detailed under HACCP System in the department viz., Food Safety, Hygiene and Cleanliness, Health, Storage etc as applicable to the area of your work place.
Updating reservations reports and system with accurate information
