Position
As a Administration Manager at Asian Heart Institute, you will oversee administrative hospital procedures ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Creating work schedules and communicating with Management. Your role requires team leadership and coordination with various department. to support the Institute's commitment to providing top tier cardiac care.
The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily administrative operations
- Monitor expenses and suggest cost effective alternatives.
- Prepare work schedules.
- Maintain organized medical and employee records.
- Answer queries from doctors, nurses and healthcare staff.
- Resolve potential issues with patients.
- Stay up to date with healthcare regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Requirements and skills :
- Graduation or Post graduation in Hospital Management.
- Proven work experience as Hospital Administration Manager, Medical Office Manager or similar role.
- Sound understanding of medical terminology and hospital industry.
- Solid understanding of healthcare procedures and regulations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, high-energy attitude
- Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set
- Familiarity with office equipment (i.e. printers, fax machines, projectors)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)
