Position / Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based automation solutions to streamline our infrastructure and enhance operational efficiency. As a Mid to Senior Level Cloud Automation Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop robust automation frameworks and ensure seamless integration with cloud platforms.

Your future duties & responsibilities Design, develop, and implement cloud automation solutions to optimize infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and management processes.
Collaborate with DevOps and software development teams to integrate automation into continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Automate configuration management, monitoring, and scaling of cloud-based resources using infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager.
Implement best practices for security, compliance, and performance optimization within cloud automation workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation scripts, workflows, and infrastructure components.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to cloud automation and DevOps practices.
Required qualifications
for this role Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of professional experience in cloud automation, DevOps, or related roles.
Strong proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Extensive experience with infrastructure automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Ansible).
Solid understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and container orchestration.
Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and associated tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Technologies required Certification(s) in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).
Experience with serverless computing and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK stack).
