We need candidates for HR & IR (Factory level) for our OCM Plant (based at Amritsar).
Following is the required details for your search.
Age: 35-45
Exp: 18+ yrs
Qualification: MBA HR/IR/Labour Law/ Social Science
Strength: IR, exposure to other HR practices( like recruitment/training etc), Should be team leader, good communication skills, knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance’s, time office, contract labour management etc.
CTC: Upto 15lpa
