About the Team & Business Line:

Citco Fund Services (USA) Inc. has been operating successfully since October 1999 and has established itself as a market leader in hedge fund administration. We offer a complete range of accounting, middle office administration, shareholder and corporate services to hedge funds and collective investment schemes.

A challenging role in a changing industry for enthusiastic, analytical candidates, providing middle office services to hedge funds in the London, New York and Asia. This role requires consistent attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a good understanding of over-the-counter derivative securities.

Your Role:

• Set-up & maintenance of static data & Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI’s)
• Set-up Treasury wires and attach supporting documentation
• Manage the assigned work and ensure timely completion and quality control.
• Escalate priority issues to immediate manager in a timely and detailed manner
• Maintain day to day relationships with Citco local EMO teams.
• Collaborate with local offices, internal technology teams and operations staff to proactively contribute to improved service.
• Work with non-local offices in a professional manner to resolve any open issues.

About You:

• Degree qualified in Accounting/Finance related fields
• 6 months to 1 Year in Financial Services with an exposure to derivative instruments.
• Knowledge of Hedge funds & Mutual Funds
• Experience/exposure to a cash settlement role with cash Swift beneficial.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other quantitative subjects.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to deal with and adapt to change, flexibility in work schedule according to project and business needs
• Ability to learn new systems and source information from numerous systems.
• Demonstrate reliability and ability to multi-task
• Use of Presentation Software such as MicroSoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Publisher
• Promptly respond to telephone calls, voice-mail and e-mails
• Perform other duties as assigned
