- Part of Securities Regulatory Practice- Advisory and Litigation
- Keen Interest in Financial Regulations.
- Legal drafting, researching and client interactions.
- Handling matters pertaining to securities Law, appearing before SEBI/SAT, drafting of reply/appeal/etc
- Advising clients (Listed Companies, Intermediaries and Market Infrastructure Institutions) on aspects of corporate and securities law.
- Stock Exchange Arbitrations.
