Job description
Install, maintain and configure hardware and software systems according to company policies.
Troubleshoot and repair network, hardware and software.
Performs routine maintenance and inspection of networks and systems
Perform root cause analysis of complex problems and provide corrective actions
Test networks and systems to verify functionality and performance
Maintain IT infrastructure and manage help desks issues
Maintain IT Asset Inventory
Ready to travel to the Regional branch office as and when required
Basic knowledge about Firewall VPN
