As a Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced recruiters in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various job positions. Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in recruitment
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and platforms
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Proactive and willing to learn and develop new skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for different job positions
• Schedule and conduct interviews in coordination with the senior recruiters
• Support in maintaining the candidate database and updating the recruitment system
• Assist in coordinating recruitment activities such as job postings and candidate follow-ups
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
