Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our team at Miracle Group Of Companies. As an HR Executive you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions such as recruitment employee onboarding performance management employee relations and HR policies and procedures. This is a fulltime position based in Jaipur Rajasthan India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related experience
• 13 years of experience in HR role preferably in manufacturing industry
• Solid understanding of HR regulations and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in MS Office

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the endtoend recruitment process including job postings screening resumes conducting interviews and making job offers
• Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare HR reports as needed
