Job Description:
Work Experience
Relevant Experience in the Travel, Airport/Airlines domain and Platforms/tools
Support the leadership in business development and drafting appropriate responses to win new business.
Supporting the solutions lead in developing best in class solutions and proposals in response to client requirements..
Provide industry best practices in order to implement CSAT, NPS improvement, FCR improvement and reduce AHTs.
Understanding of Key SLAs/Industry Benchmarks and Best in class SLAs in Travel Domain
Strong consulting and technology acumen with regards to latest trends in the Travel Industry
Overall, 7-8 years+ of work experience in mix of International BPO and / or consulting environment in the travel domain
At least 3 years in Travel industry and solutions roles
xcellent Written, Oral and analytical skills coupled with excellent Presentation creation skills
Good MS Word, Excel, MS Visio,
