Role: Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Work Shift: Night Shift
Employment: Full Time
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing a variety of support functions for a team of Onshore Sourcers.
You would be responsible for:
● Creating requisitions within Gr8ppl and communities in Gr8ppl:
● Includes assigning to appropriate Sourcer
● Obtaining job link from clients external career site ● Pulling RMI/market data for newly opened req
● Emailing sourcer confirmation once req & community is created
● Closing/canceling/putting reqs on hold in Gr8ppl as needed ● Creating nurture campaigns from within existing Communities on a weekly basis
● Research external job fair opportunities across footprint and maintain data on a log
● Research and identify grassroots outreach opportunities within footprint as needed
● Assisting in preparing weekly & monthly reporting to client
● Assist in special veteran and female focused campaigns, as needed
● Other tasks as identified.
What you need to bring:
● Ability to work on multiple systems and various applications simultaneously
● 3–4 years relevant work experience
● Exceptional attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed timely and within the scope expected
● Good communication skills and ability to partner within a large team. Managing multiple interactions verbally or via email will be crucial
● Proficient in productivity applications such as Google Docs, Calendar, and Gmail or other similar software
● Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, ambiguous work environment
● Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization’s reputation and success
