Role
We're seeking a creative and passionate Early Childhood Content Creator & Writer to join our vibrant team! You'll be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and writing engaging and educational content for young learners aged [0 to 8 years] across various platforms, including our website, Mobile apps, and social media. You'll also wear the hat of a content creator, bringing your ideas to life visually.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Develop creative and educational content for early childhood, including articles, blog posts, stories, worksheets, videos, and interactive activities.
- Ensure that the content aligns with the developmental milestones of children aged 0-8 years.
Research and Innovation:
- Stay updated on the latest trends, research, and best practices in early childhood education.
- Integrate innovative and effective teaching methodologies into content development.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with graphic designers, illustrators, and multimedia specialists to enhance content with visual elements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of content into educational platforms.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all content meets high-quality standards in terms of accuracy, age-appropriateness, and educational objectives.
- Edit and proofread content for clarity, coherence, and grammatical accuracy.
Adaptability:
- Tailor content to suit various learning styles and abilities within the target age group.
- Adapt content for different platforms, including print, digital media, and interactive online formats.
Feedback Incorporation:
- Incorporate feedback from educators, parents, and stakeholders to continually improve and refine content.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, English, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year + experience in content creation and writing for early childhood education.
- Good understanding of child development and early learning theories and educational principles.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Creativity and the ability to think from a child's perspective.
- Familiarity with educational standards and curriculum development.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. .

- Experience in creating multimedia content for children.
- Knowledge of educational technology tools and platforms.
- Understanding of NEP/NCF specifications
