Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UX Designer to join a dynamic team of technology innovators for our client, responsible for crafting intuitive and user-friendly experiences for their groundbreaking AI-powered applications that will revolutionize the distribution and sales of insurance offerings within their digitally-enabled platform businesses. This critical role will involve collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into seamless and engaging user experiences.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Conduct user research to gather insights into user behavior, preferences, and pain points.
Develop user personas and journey maps to empathize with users and identify opportunities for improvement.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and refine user interfaces.
Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
Ensure that designs adhere to accessibility guidelines and inclusive design principles.
Document design decisions and maintain design documentation.
