We are hiring for Sr. Salesforce Developer
We are looking for immediate joiners (less than 30 days)

We have a new opening for a strong SFDC developer with ability to do SFDC admin and QA the solution.
This person would be working with our engineering team to help build a product that would work on the
Salesforce platform. Since this is senior role, below are some more notes on what we are looking for on top of
the usual SFDC developer background. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for the analysis, design,
development, and customization and be involved in the implementation of Salesforce.com modules for client.
The candidate should have exceptional technical skills in development and customization of salesforce.com and
have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In this role the candidate will embrace and adhere to IT
standards, processes and methodologies.

Mandatory Requirements:

ï'· Salesforce development and administration (5+ years of experience)
ï'· SFDC Development (5+ years of experience)
ï'· SFDC Configuration, Data Security and Record Sharing, Data Relationships and Field Types,
Change Management, Reporting, Data Management, setup of sandboxes, Audit trail and
logging, 2FA and field level security, User management (hierarchy, permissions, etc),
ï'· Apex Logic, Apex Performance, Apex Triggers & Framework, Integration Design & Solutions,
Lightning - Aura, LWC, SOQL Optimization, Exception Handling, Deployment Practices, Sales
Cloud Experience, Problem Solving / Troubleshooting
ï'· Testing of biz apps, validation of data flow
ï'· Total Experience: 8+ years
ï'· SFDC Developer and Administrator certifications required
Optional Requirements:

ï'· Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ is a plus.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ï'· Be the technical point of contact for any issues the product team has with their new org of Salesforce.
Administer users & permissions. Troubleshoot connectivity issues between client product and
Salesforce
ï'· Assist in any debugging of errors raised by the product team during their reading of Salesforce data or
Insertion / Update of data back into Salesforce. Should be able to explain the error back to engineers
that do not specialize in Salesforce. Provide recommendations on the solution and implement fix
ï'· Support in test data generation for the client product team to build a product on top of Salesforce. This
includes mocking up high volumes of data to match their testing scenarios. Actual test case execution is
not required for this role
ï'· Make metadata changes in org according to requirements. Examples include creating or deleting:
objects, fields, validation rules, picklist values, flows, etc
ï'· Complete issues or tasks quickly after being assigned.
ï'· Works on all phases of application development independently
ï'· Support the testing process for Salesforce solutions which includes developing test plans, creating test
cases, and establishing testing protocols along with appropriate testing environments
ï'· Migration of data using different data tools such as Apex Data Loader, Excel Connector, Import Wizard,
SFDC Data Export, Mass Delete etc.

QUALIFICATIONS
ï'· 8+ years technical development experience with 5+ on salesforce development
ï'· Experience working with Force.com Apex Classes, Apex triggers, Batch Apex, Lightning Web
Components (LWC), Visual Force (VF Pages), Integration (REST, SOAP, Change Data Capture, Platform
Events), Force.com API, SOQL and SOSL
ï'· Experience working with Salesforce customizations, workflow approvals, flow, report, dashboard and
process builder
ï'· Proficient in Salesforce data migration using different data tools such as Apex Data Loader, Excel
Connector, Import Wizard, SFDC Data Export, Mass Delete etc.;
ï'· Ability to troubleshoot the Salesforce platform: sharing and visibility, bulk DML operations, Apex,
callouts, etc.
ï'· Experience with CI/CD DevOps including using tools such as: GitHub, Jira
ï'· Experience working in an Agile project team environment
ï'· Experience working directly with product owners and business partners
ï'· Salesforce Admin and Developer certifications required
ï'· Salesforce CPQ experience is nice to have
ï'· Salesforce Solution Architecture experience preferred
ï'· A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent work experience
