Dear All,

Hiring with Life Insurance Company for their office in Mumbai.

Role : Partner Acquisition - AVP

Role & Responsibilities:

• To identify new partnership opportunities – through research and ground sensing
• Design and develop propositions ( based on best-in-class research) and share opportunity with management and partners for potential partnership.
• To undertake ground sensing so as to effectively design proposition and provide offerings to the potential partners.
• Share insights on competition action and benchmark with ETLI offering thereby facilitate process improvement.
• Support field to drive engagement(s) by sharing regular insights and publishing monthly scorecads/dashboards
• To prepare monthly reviews for senior management and sharing performance details in line with the agreed scope/pan
• To undertake P&L activity for potential partnerships and seek approvals from all stakeholders before tie-up as per the process
• To be a part of project team and coordinate with backend teams (including business teams) to ensure the partnership is smoothly launched
• To be a part of periodic reviews with the partner to ensure the commitment to the business number is achieved
• To undertake field visits to be updated with the partner expectation and insights
