Job Description: Purpose Under general direction, provides counseling in the areas of admissions, academics, student services, program selection, and career planning-related Teams. Key Roles & Responsibilities Counsel students & working professionals for our various Distance Education Programs. Handling counseling via multiple channels including telephone calls, chats, emails, and addition, assisting in the conversion process of leads generated from different sources, to prospective admission seekers for the courses offered by NMIMS Generate leads for admission, Follow-ups for admissions & closure. Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with the student/ working professionals. Arrange meetings with relevant people in medium and large seminars and pitch our Management Programs to their employees. Delivery of Sales targets in performance driven competitive environment Maintaining MIS of all student queries and status Handling walk-ins & counseling, new registrations/re Managing the data in our own software. Coordinating with ICs and students for all admission-related documents. Professional Skills Required Good English language ability Good English Communication Skills Ability to speak clearly and articulately Patience Ability to manage complaint calls with a calm Should be able to convert the inquiries into admissions Candidates with innovative approaches and excellence in Career counseling.
