About the role

As Global Associate Director, Data Management, Analytics & DS&AI Solutions, you will be responsible for data democratization and delivering value from data for defined business functions. You will act as a data product owner and work with business and technical teams to identify gaps / opportunities in users’ data experience, prioritizes business requirements and leads delivery and maintenance of data solutions / products. You will be working in accordance with legislation, internal rules, good practices and business objectives. Namely, we seek an expert for leading Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics within the Sandoz Global Development, Portfolio and Pipeline.

Role Requirements

• University degree or various degrees in business, computer science, information technology discipline, mathematics, physics, chemistry, pharmacy or equivalent, MBA optional
• Excellent spoken and written English
• 5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, BI, IT, healthcare or pharma.
• Experience designing and implementing Business Intelligence products, such as scientific reports, dashboards, Measurement Frameworks, KPIs.
• Knowledge on data integration and data management technologies
• Familiarized with data architecture and data engineering concepts such as ETL, data modelling, data lakes, MDM, etc.
• Solid Project and / or Product management skills, including managing vendors, budgets, timelines and risks.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Understanding of BI product lifecycle, data privacy and security regulations
