Job description
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities - Its an In-house Sales and Marketing job, where the candidate is supposed to be actively involved in dealing with the following
- Onsite meeting with the customers and getting to know the overall insight of projects and develop feasible solutions for their needs.
- Implementing ideas which increases the sales volumes, handling active dealers and maintaining good relationships with Engineers/Architects/Builders/Contractors.
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Aligning the customer to the concerned dealer within the territory.
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Maintain existing business
- Maintaining adequate stock over the dealers within the territory.
- Interested in achieving targets, and earning incentives
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
- Identify new areas of improvement with respect to recovery, manufacturing cost, machine utilization & ensure timely implementation of actions.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
