Recruitment Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Kolkata metropolitan area. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for hiring, interviewing, communicating with candidates, recruiting and training new employees. The Recruitment Specialist will also be responsible to overseeing policies and procedures relating to recruitment and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

• Strong skills and experience in hiring, interviewing, and recruiting new talent
• Excellent communication skills to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience in providing training and development programs to new employees
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, and the legal landscape of employment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field
