Job Description:

Tourinno Tours is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth within the B2B segment, cultivating partnerships, and expanding our client base. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the continued success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential B2B clients within the travel industry, including travel agencies, corporate clients, event planners, and other relevant businesses. Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to generate leads, nurture relationships, and drive revenue growth. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partnerships with key stakeholders, negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize mutual benefits. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for expansion. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials tailored to the B2B segment. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent Tourinno Tours and establish connections within the travel community. Track sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to measure progress towards targets and identify areas for improvement. Stay informed about industry developments, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry. Strong understanding of B2B sales strategies, lead generation techniques, and relationship management principles. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and build rapport with diverse audiences. Demonstrated negotiation skills, with a track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred. Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and other business-related activities.
