About The Team The special projects team is key for the CIO operations to be successful in ensuring that we have a clear view on what has happened in the past, what is happening now and what should we expect for tomorrow. The team targets to develop solutions for operational problems using various development and data analytics capabilities.
What You Will Be Doing As Director Development and Data Analytics lead, you will direct and control special projects that need Front end development and Data analytics capabilities. You direct and control aspects of Data Analytics including developing new tools and efficient use of existing ones with specific focus on strategic projects like CX360. Support the team with strategic and tactical planning, staff administration through effective leadership, motivation and coaching.
- You will discover actionable insights from large volumes of data and present appropriately
- Investigate the feasibility of a scientific principle or concepts to solve business problems by utilizing your analytical thinking/ available methods and creating models for the same basis your strong development background
- Take support to combine development, statistics and machine learning techniques to create scalable solutions for business problems
- Feature engineering, quick initial analysis/review of data sets/sources for analytical purposes
- Explore and learn the latest cloud technologies to provide new capabilities and increase efficiency
- Partner with Data Engineers, ML engineers, developers and business teams to test your models in production
- Work closely with diverse business and technology teams to propose and build solutions
What You Bring - 18+ years of overall experience with 10+ years of strong development experience
- Experience in governing high volume data analytics with proven outcomes and AI knowledge
- Excellent knowledge on modern development methodologies, Scripting languages and tools
- Well-rounded awareness on front end app development and database integrations
- Proficiency in developing sustainable application stack with exemplary UI/UX to provide the right level of visibility to expected and unexpected outcomes
- Ability to leverage code (Python, Scala, SQL, etc.) to analyze data and build statistical and machine learning models, and customize algorithms and good handle on PowerBI
- At least five years of leadership responsibility operating in a matrix environment
- Strong Agile mindset
- Strong alignment to decisions and planning based on operational analytics and quality measures
- Thought leadership that can change the way we operate today by introducing Innovative ideas backed by transformation using AIOps and automation with the intent to optimize workload, improve quality of deliverables and increased service availability
- Knowledge of financial applications and their inter dependencies is advantageous
- Proven project management, excellent communication skills and demonstrated customer-focused leadership ability
