Job description
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food social media trends and digital marketing. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance the online presence of our restaurants drive engagement and increase brand awareness.
- Content Creation:
- Develop engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms including Facebook Instagram Twitter and TikTok.
- Create visually appealing posts photos videos and other multimedia content to showcase our restaurants menu items ambiance and special promotions.
- Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to achieve business goals including increasing followers engagement and driving traffic to our restaurants.
- Stay informed about social media trends algorithm changes and emerging platforms to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Community Engagement:
- Monitor social media channels for customer comments reviews and messages. Respond promptly and professionally fostering positive online interactions and addressing customer inquiries.
- Implement strategies to build and nurture an online community around our restaurants.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns for special events promotions and seasonal menus.
- Track and analyze the performance of campaigns using social media analytics tools adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
- Social Media Advertising:
- Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to increase reach drive traffic and achieve marketing objectives.
- Monitor ad performance analyze metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
