As a Customer Success Manager here at Findem, you ll be responsible for owning customer relationships and enabling them to succeed
You will be a Findem expert in order to drive high customer satisfaction and engagement
We re looking for a self-motivated, driven individual with a growth mindset and positive attitude
What you'll do:
Manage the onboarding and training experience for new and existing customers through group training and 1:1 sessions
Serve as the primary point of contact to clients and establish/manage trusted relationships
Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with the Account Management team to expand accounts
Monitor and drive customer adoption and utilization
Conduct quarterly business reviews with Account Management team and track success metrics to ensure we deliver ROI to our customers
Proactively consult with customers to fully understand an account s goals and effectively communicate how Findem will meet those goals
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
Use SFDC for customer management and account status forecast
Who you are:
3-7 years of CSM experience or direct customer-facing client experience (software sales, account management, etc.)
Prior experience in recruitment and hiring
SaaS experience in B2B domain established skillset
Consistent history of overachievement
A highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual with a positive attitude
Organized with good business acumen Extreme curiosity to learn about the product, the industry, and your customer s business
Obvious passion and people skills Startup experience preferred Intellectual / Technically adept
