Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Lead the endtoend development of machine learning models and systems from data preprocessing and feature engineering to model training evaluation and deployment.
Design and implement machine learning algorithms and techniques including but not limited to supervised and unsupervised learning deep learning and reinforcement learning.
Apply NLP techniques and frameworks to extract insights from text data including sentiment analysis entity recognition and language modeling.
Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems and ensure scalability reliability and performance.
Develop and implement model deployment pipelines and automation workflows using cloudbased platforms such as AWS SageMaker.
Optimize machine learning models for efficiency accuracy and scalability considering factors such as model size inference latency and resource utilization.
Monitor and evaluate model performance in production conduct A/B testing and iterate on model improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in machine learning deep learning NLP and cloud computing and identify opportunities to apply them to solve business problems effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field.
5 years of professional experience in machine learning engineering with a strong background in building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
Proficiency in machine learning algorithms and techniques including supervised and unsupervised learning deep learning and reinforcement learning.
Handson experience with NLP frameworks and libraries such as NLTK spaCy TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform and proficiency in deploying and managing machine learning models using cloudbased services.
Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in software engineering best practices including version control code review and testing.
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams and communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration frameworks such as Kubernetes.
Knowledge of data engineering principles and experience with data preprocessing feature engineering and data pipeline development.
Familiarity with big data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark and distributed computing environments.
Experience with model monitoring and performance optimization techniques in production environments.
