Brief Description:
. Senior role: 6 to 9 years experience inclproject lead/team role exposure OR Intermediate role: 4+ years experience
. Functional design of automation solutions to S88 standards for API
. Implement approved designs on chosen automation platforms using either new library components or using client library for Delta V DCS system.
. Implement approved designs on chosen automation platforms using either new library components or using client library for Delta V DCS system.
. Experience in the Designing and commissioning of DeltaV DCS Batch project for GMP manufacturing site.
. Test Documentation Preparation & execution
. Experience in designing and programming control systems with emphasis on Emerson Delta V DCS, DeltaV Live experience
. To be involved in Team Lead activities
Roles & Responsibilities
. Technical proficiency on controls systems
. Through understanding of Batch s88 standards (CM, EM, Phases, Recipes, Units etc).
. Emerson DeltaV DCS and DelatV Live experience
. DeltaV Batch experience required.
. Design, program, implement, test and document Emerson Delta V DCSs
Life Cycle Support
. DeltaV batch design and commissioning.
