Job description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Ops Support:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails from customers
- Coordinate with customers to set up service appointments.
- Scheduling service appointments and assigning service jobs to the technicians/ engineers.
- Maintain detailed records of service jobs provided.
- Monitor appointment progress to ensure timely service.
- Manage aftermarket enquiries, customer complaints, service quotations and warranty requests.
- Prepare documents for L/C orders and/or tender submission.
- Execute import shipping and logistics operations to ensure orders placed are delivered smoothly and in a timely manner.
- Maintain business reports for management to evaluate performance of sales team and business needs.
- Support in inventory management of spare parts.
- Ensure work processes are adhered to existing company policies and/or stipulated guidelines.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Administrative: - General administrative support India office.
- Vendor management for office administration.
- Manage office sundries, stationery supplies, and office equipment efficiently.
- Scheduling of meetings and booking of meeting room.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration and/or Management
- Preferably with 5 years of relevant work experience; inside sales, international trade and/or shipping logistics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel and Office 365
- Knowledge of ERP and/or CRM is advantageous
- Able to multi-task and take initiative at work
- Able to follow-through & complete assigned tasks independently
- Tech-savvy and has an analytical mind
- Excellent organizational, people management, and problem-solving skills
