Experience: 4 10 years

Responsibilities:

Understanding the rules of tendering and searching for product category specific tenders.

Preparing the documents of technical and commercial and uploading the bid through Gem portal.

Responding to the query related to the commercial and technical after bid participation.

Attending the reverse auction and uploading its documents.

Coordination of tender reviews and meeting the deadlines for tender submission.

Submission of Proposals through physical submission or through electronics submission in different eportals using digital certificates.

Monitoring of the bid management process in order to ensure it is aligned with the organizations requirements.

Maintaining proper records and weekly reports.

• Identifying opportunities for bid submissions and raising them with the bid management team.
• Conducting research and brainstorming key points to include in the bid.
• Crafting persuasive and detailed proposals.
• Performing risk assessments and addressing concerns of clients and company staff.
• Ensuring all deadlines are met.
