Job Description
Responsibilities
- Administer and track PSA (Kantata) activities
- Monitor organizational changes for accurate reporting and scheduling
- Manage Jira queue and resolve internal customer issues within SLA
- Generate and deliver reports to stakeholders on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure ongoing operational success
- Develop and maintain documentation, including SOPs, process flows, and skills matrices
- Collaborate with team members and escalate customer concerns as necessary
Achievements/Goals
- Efficient Ticket Management: Ensure that tickets assigned via Jira are promptly addressed and resolved within SLA, aiming for a high customer satisfaction rate.
- Accurate Reporting: Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports to stakeholders accurately and on time, meeting their requirements and contributing to informed decision-making.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline PSA (Kantata) administration and tracking activities, leading to increased efficiency and productivity within the Professional Services team.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and update documentation, SOPs, process flows, and skills matrices to reflect best practices and ensure alignment with evolving business needs.
- Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate effective knowledge transfer to customers and team members to ensure smooth operations and build a collaborative work environment.
- Professional Development: Enhance MS Excel skills and typing speed to improve productivity and effectiveness in handling various tasks and projects.

Minimum
Qualifications

- Fresher or equivalent training/degree, preferably in finance or management
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm
- High attention to detail

Qualifications
: - Experience in project management, business administration, or business finance
- Willingness to work Eastern shift timings (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST)
This role demands a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment. Candidates with a background in finance or management and experience in project management or business administration are preferred.
