Job description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management (ITSM) and a proven track record of architecting and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions to meet business objectives. This role requires deep technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions using ServiceNow best practices.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and define project scope.

- Design and implement ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, architecture diagrams, and process flows.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on ServiceNow development best practices.

- Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience architecting and implementing ServiceNow solutions.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred.

- Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes and best practices.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, etc.).

- Demonstrated experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using web services (REST/SOAP APIs).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
