Qualifications
4 years working in an agile environment as a development team member, Scrum Master, or Product Owner.
3 years experience in managing Agile lean values and standards.
3 years experience in the Scrum Master or Agile Coach role of distributed Agile team, tech domain preferred.
Mindset consistent with Scrum core values: openness, courage, respect, focus and commitment.
Demonstrated understanding of lean agile values and principles including the 3-5-3 structure of scrum.
Expert knowledge of best practices in value driven development (requirements management, prototyping, hypothesis driven development, usability testing).
Expert knowledge of technical engineering best practices including test driven development, continuous integration, DevOps.
Expert knowledge of agile tool suites including Atlassian, Agility Health Radar, MS Teams or similar agile management tooling.
Demonstrated experience with large-scale enterprise agile transformation with knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other scaling frameworks.
Scrum Master and Agile Certifications.
Expert in facilitation, problem solving and influencing outcomes.
