Job description
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Ziphq Architect and Pre-Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and expertise in Ziphq technology, coupled with a strong understanding of architectural principles. This role will primarily focus on engaging with clients during the pre-sales phase, conducting demonstrations, and providing technical guidance to support the sales process. Key Responsibilities: Ziphq Expertise: Possess an in-depth understanding of Ziphq technology, including its architecture, functionalities, and capabilities. Stay updated with the latest developments and enhancements within the Ziphq ecosystem. Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and objectives. Participate in pre-sales activities such as solution presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions to showcase the value proposition of Ziphq. Architectural Work: Utilize architectural principles to design and architect Ziphq solutions tailored to meet the specific needs and challenges of clients. Provide technical guidance and recommendations on the implementation of Ziphq within client environments. Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with prospective clients by effectively communicating the technical aspects and benefits of Ziphq. Address client inquiries, concerns, and technical requirements to ensure a clear understanding and alignment of solutions. Demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs): Conduct engaging and informative demonstrations of Ziphq products and solutions to showcase their functionalities and capabilities. Develop and deliver proof of concepts to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions. Technical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications, to support the sales process and facilitate smooth implementation. Training and Knowledge Sharing: Provide training sessions and workshops for internal teams and clients to enhance understanding and proficiency in Ziphq technology. Act as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior team members. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Ziphq Certified Architect) is a plus. Proven experience 8+ years working with Ziphq technology, with a focus on architectural design and pre-sales support. Strong understanding of architectural principles, cloud computing concepts, and enterprise software solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated experience in conducting product demonstrations, delivering technical presentations, and engaging with clients during the pre-sales process. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client requirements, identify challenges, and propose effective solutions. Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. Proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
