Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Production Department,here we have Ointment and Liquid manufacturing in our factory in Anklesvar.where the candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production department. This includes managing production planning, production management, operations management, team management.
Qualifications :
- Master's in Science
- Experience In Ointment and Liquid manufacturing.
- Production Planning, Production Management, and Operations Management skills
- To monitor the Oral Liquid & Ointment Production activities.
- Follow weekly production planning for Oral Liquid & Ointment Section.
- Monitor day to day productivity
- To ensure that Manufacturing & packing is carried out as per SOP.
- Maintain GMP in the section.
- To maintain daily records related to production.
- To ensure that the required initial & continuing training of prod.& packing personnel.
- Handling of labors.
- Follow up with loan license parties, purchase, maintenance & QC dept. for their respective work.
- To review the procedure for every process , formats as per guideline for production and warehouse
- Review the process validation protocol and final approval with QA Head.
- To participate in the internal audit
- report and send to respective department.
- 7.To review the investigation report of market complaint and deviation.
- To review the change control and prepare the risk assessment and submit to QA Department.
- Verify the Day to Day plant activity.
- To give compliance any non-conformance record.
- To review Batch record and Release record.
- To Verify the day to day activity of warehouse department.
- Handling of Equipment log.
