Requirements:

Good communication skills

Work from Office (chandigarh Mohali)
Working Days: 5.5 days working, 9 hours flexible shift
Responsibility:

Handling customer escalations and grievances Chat/email/call support Resolving queries
We are looking for candidates who have some experience in inbound customer support including call/email and chat support.
For Inbound telecall support, we are also accepting freshers applications.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: 15,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month
