Job description
Monitor and respond to network incidents, Alarms ( proactive or re-active)
Preparing reports, documentation related operations, monitoring & network utilities.
Punctual, hardworking & good team member. Ready to work in shift
Co-ordination with service desk & support team
Maintain & update site documents.
Should update & refer knowledge database.
Fast adopt & Ready to learn latest in product, tools.
SLA management, certifications, Training attended ( technical & non-technical both )
Understanding about ITIL process. Focus on standard operating Process. Good & timely communication & documentation.
Experience on remote troubleshooting would be an added advantage
Basic understanding and Hands on Routing & switching technologies
Understanding about routing technologies like STP, RSTP, VLAN's, VPC, link-aggregation etc.
Knowledge about switching & Routing alams/incident.
Understanding on Cisco Wireless Controller and Access Point ,Wireless Client Association ,SSID etc
Good understanding on network management systems, utilities & reporting.
Graduate/Engineer/Diploma in Electronics/ Telecom with relvent required experince
CCNA certified
Certified in ITIL – Advantage
Minimum of 3-4 years NOC related work experience OR field support in the telecom or IT industry (cisco data products preferred).
Good level of practiced technical knowledge & ITIL process.
Knowledge about ITSM and monitoring tool
