Ability to work for various systems that impact the larger business and to drive the communication of new toolsets to further educate and operations on the tools available to them. Includes ERP's, supporting systems, planning software, Power BI.
Education, Skillset for the role: - Design, build, and utilize BI models and reports support monthly operations report, KPIs, and ad-hoc analysis
- Prepare monthly operations report comparing financial and operational metrics to budgets and prior period performance for various senior leaders and executives
- Work closely with the supply chain management team and site operations to identify, measure, and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Design management reports that are concise, logically arranged and organized, professional-looking, and easy to prepare, update, and publish on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Perform ad-hoc financial and operational analysis on an as-needed basis for accountants, controllers, directors, vice presidents, and executive leadership.
What you need to succeed at GXO: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, IT, etc.
- 3 years' experience developing Power BI solutions and reporting
- 3 years' experience in Data Visualization and Analysis
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong data modeling experience
- Writing relational and multidimensional database queries
- Experience working with dataset ingestion, data model creation, reports, dashboards, KPIs, Power BI Pro features, etc.
