Position: Sales Manager
Locations: Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai/Coimbatore, Delhi NCR, Kochi, Pune and Nagpur (Hybrid role with remote work flexibility)

Role Description:
As a Sales Manager at Evervolt Green Energy Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales operations to new heights. Based in above mentioned localities, you can work in a hybrid capacity, blending office-based responsibilities with the flexibility of remote work arrangements. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing robust sales strategies to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.
- Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with new and existing customers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Â Leading, motivating, and guiding the sales team to maximize their potential and deliver exceptional results.
- Collaborating closely with upper management to provide comprehensive sales reports and insights for strategic
decision-making.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Â Proven track record of success in sales management or a related field, demonstrating your ability to drive
revenue growth and exceed targets.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, enabling you to engage with diverse stakeholders and build rapport effectively.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a knack for inspiring and motivating your team to achieve collective goals.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing innovative sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
- Track record of meeting sales targets while managing budgets efficiently.
- Â Previous experience in the renewable energy industry is advantageous.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
