We are looking for a talented and innovative Creative Designer with less than 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to deliver high-quality pitch decks using PowerPoint, create engaging videos, and assist our business development team in cold calls and follow-ups.
Job Responsibilities Design and Deliver Pitch Decks
- Create visually appealing and informative pitch decks using PowerPoint for various business needs across Danfoss with audience being Senior Management.
- Agile understanding of requirement
- Impressive delivery of designs
- Infographics/brochures proficient
- Efficient time management
Video Creation
- Develop creative videos for promotional and informational purposes.
- Should be proficient with video editing suites.
- Agile understanding of requirement

- Efficient time management
Business Development Support
- Assist the business development team in cold calls and follow-ups with potential stakeholders. Collaboration
- Work closely with other team members to ensure consistency and enhance Global Competency as brand image. Continuous Learning
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry standards in terms of presentation, video editing and business development.
Background & Skills Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
Less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and video editing software.
Excellent communication skills for effective cold calling and follow-ups.
A portfolio that demonstrates creative design skills.
