Role/ Job Title: Technology Product Manager

Function/ Department: Information Technology

Job Purpose:

To develop and manage technology products from conception to launch and beyond. Their role involves understanding customer needs, market trends, and technological advancements to develop and oversee the implementation of new products or updates to existing products. IT Product Managers work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers, to ensure products meet their target audience's needs and expectations. Additionally, they are responsible for implementing product strategies and roadmaps, creating product documentation, and providing training and support to internal teams and external clients.

Key / Primary Responsibilities:

• Identifying market needs and trends related to technology products. This involves researching customer preferences and staying up to date on industry changes and advancements.
• Developing product strategies and roadmaps that align with company goals and customer needs. This includes defining product requirements, determining pricing, and creating timelines for product development and release.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure that product development aligns with company objectives and is meeting customer needs.
• Managing the product development process from ideation to launch. This includes overseeing the development team, ensuring that product quality standards are met, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure a successful launch and market adoption.
• Analyzing product performance and evaluating customer feedback to inform product improvements. This includes identifying areas for improvement and devising strategies to address customer needs and improve customer satisfaction.
• Staying current with industry trends and advancements to ensure that products remain competitive in the marketplace.

Key Success Metrics:

Product P/L, Product adoption metrics, CSAT, team engagement, TAT, team attrition

Education Qualification (Fulltime):

Bachelor of Technology - B.Tech, Master of Technology - M.Tech, Bachelor of Computer Applications - BCA, Master of Computer Applications - MCA, Bachelor of Engineering - BE, Master of Business Administration - MBA, Bachelor of Science - B.Sc, Master of Science - M.Sc

Experience:

Minimum of 10+ Years in Product Management.
