Dispatch Clerk

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatch Clerk. The Dispatch Clerk will be responsible for daily dispatching of products and will ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers. This includes preparing orders for shipment, coordinating with drivers, maintaining accurate records, and updating customers on their order status. The role requires handling confidential and sensitive information.

• Experience in Dispatching and Data Entry
• Computer Literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Dispatching software
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Customer Service skills, including problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult customers
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to change and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience in the industrial or medical gas industry is a plus
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field
