Looking for a highly energetic, self-starter Business Development Professional for IT services company to spearhead the growth trajectory for our offices in US
Build partnership with US business, specially US IT commercial sector opportunities.
Should be able to identify opportunities from scratch, build business and revenue pipeline
Develop sound financial strategies in order to win the business- understand competitive market
Provide monthly forecasts, status updates, revisions, and modifications to the sales plan.
To demonstrate clear cut Sales and Revenue Plan for the next few months.
Grow strong knowledge of IT Staffing and Recruitment industry and trends.
Actively get involved in account management and general staffing and recruitment activities to manage overall delivery to the client.
Required Skills:
Must be able to work in US Time Zone (preferably in 07:00 PM IST 04:00 AM IST)
Strong background in the areas related to sales, marketing and business development, preferably into IT services and Staffing and Recruitment ecosystem.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Must be able to lead by example and track daily work progress in CRM
Hardcore sales skills including the ability to prospect, research and qualify new sales opportunities, cold calling, question effectively, make presentations, create account strategies, negotiate financials, terms and conditions and close deals individually
While focus is on business growth, in true start-up spirit, must be able to wear multiple hats of account management, delivery management, and general administration
A network of clients that can be converted to business
Proven record of business development in the US
Highly resourceful, who can work with minimal guidance and supervision
Highly confident to generate business in US territory
