Required Skills:

  • Must be able to work in US Time Zone (preferably in 07:00 PM IST 04:00 AM IST)
  • Strong background in the areas related to sales, marketing and business development, preferably into IT services and Staffing and Recruitment ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Must be able to lead by example and track daily work progress in CRM
  • Hardcore sales skills including the ability to prospect, research and qualify new sales opportunities, cold calling, question effectively, make presentations, create account strategies, negotiate financials, terms and conditions and close deals individually
  • While focus is on business growth, in true start-up spirit, must be able to wear multiple hats of account management, delivery management, and general administration
  • A network of clients that can be converted to business
  • Proven record of business development in the US
  • Highly resourceful, who can work with minimal guidance and supervision
  • Highly confident to generate business in US territory
  • Highly energetic, self-starter, fast mover
  • Ability to drive results with sense of urgency
