Job Overview We are looking for a Site Engineer (MEPF Project) to join our team at Trident Dispatch. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of MEPF projects at construction sites. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in the field and possess the necessary skills and knowledge to contribute to the successful completion of projects.
Qualifications And Skills - 1-3 years of experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in MEPF projects
- Sound knowledge of MEPF systems and construction practices
- Leadership skills to effectively manage construction teams
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Experience in document verification and maintaining project records
- Proficient in project planning and execution
- Quality assurance mindset and attention to detail
- Cost estimation skills to assist in budgeting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Roles And Responsibilities - Oversee the execution of MEPF projects at construction sites
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct site visits to inspect and monitor the progress of construction work
- Prepare project plans, cost estimates, and schedules
- Supervise and guide construction workers and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Perform document verification and maintain accurate project records
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during project execution
- Collaborate with the design team to review and approve project drawings
- Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress reports to the project team
