WEBSITE: VIDEOS FOR YOUR REFERENCE: ⮚⮚⮚ Key Responsibilities: Experience in Validation of Power Electronics Motor controller (Inverter), DC-DC Converter, On-Board Charger (OBC), HV Battery pack with BMS – Automotive components. Writing test plan creation, test case execution, defect tracking. Experience with OEM/ Tier1, handled vehicle programs Hands on experience in Functional and Thermal performance validation of Power Components. Responsible for system integration, test & validation of powertrain functions at electric vehicles focused on charging functions covering standard AC charging (mode 2, 3), fast charging (mode 4), country variants for China, US and Europe. Validation of correct charging control process (charging start, pause, end), charging profile, driver information, remote control/monitoring and failsafe modes. Support for testing of related diagnostic functionalities Generation of test cases, test execution and test reports according to functional requirements, safety goals and functional safety requirements. Responsible for function release test and documentation at system and vehicle level (charging release). Support vehicle updates hardware/software and vehicle instrumentation. Failure analysis, reporting, tracking of issue resolution and bug fix testing plan. Work with powertrain lab engineers to define configurations, test procedures and automation on testing labs for component, system and vehicle level. Work with component owners (Charger, Battery, Connectivity, UI/UX) and VCU software development team to define testing strategy along the V-model to ensure maximum coverage and achievement of function maturity targets.
