We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Consultative Selling Expert to join our team and drive sales of our innovative B2B educational products. In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of consultative selling and digital marketing to identify client needs, propose tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships that fuel our company's growth.

What you will do:

Prospect and qualify potential clients: Identify and engage decision-makers within target organizations, understanding their unique challenges and needs. Conduct needs assessments: Ask probing questions, actively listen, and analyze client data to uncover opportunities where our educational products can deliver significant value. Craft compelling solutions: Tailor product presentations and proposals showcasing how our offerings address specific client pain points and align with business goals. Negotiate and close deals: Secure agreements that meet both client needs and company objectives, demonstrating strong negotiation and closing skills. Build and nurture relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring their success with our products. Stay ahead of the curve: Continuously research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and educational best practices. Leverage digital marketing skills: Develop and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and amplify sales efforts. Utilize various channels like email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising. Analyze and optimize campaigns: Track campaign performance, analyze data, and make adjustments to maximize lead generation and engagement.

Who you are:

A seasoned sales professional: Proven track record of success in consultative selling, particularly within the B2B educational products space. Expert listener: You possess the ability to actively listen, ask incisive questions, and understand the nuances of client needs. Solution-oriented: You can translate client challenges into customized solutions that demonstrate clear value proposition. Relationship builder: You can build rapport, trust, and lasting partnerships with clients. Passionate about education: You genuinely believe in the power of education to empower businesses and individuals. Strong communicator: You can articulate complex concepts clearly, concisely, and persuasively. Self-motivated and results-driven: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to exceeding targets. Digital marketing savvy: Possess strong understanding of digital marketing principles and platforms. Experience with email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and/or paid advertising is a plus.
