Job Description:
As a Business Analyst with a focus on Intelligent Automation and Analytics at ROX Hi-Tech, you will play a critical role in understanding, analyzing, and translating business needs into RPA and AI solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and leverage large language models to improve business processes and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
1.      Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs.
2.      Process Assessment: Evaluate business processes to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and the application of Intelligent Automation.
3.      Intelligent Automation: Work on projects related to Intelligent Automation, including the integration of RPA, AI, and large language models to enhance business processes.
4.      Analytics Projects: Participate in projects that involve data analysis and reporting, leveraging analytics tools to derive insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
5.      Solution Design: Create detailed solution design documents, ensuring alignment with business requirements and Intelligent Automation best practices.
6.      Project Support: Collaborate with RPA developers and data analysts to support the implementation and deployment of Intelligent Automation and analytics solutions.
7.      Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
8.      Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivered solutions meet business requirements and are thoroughly tested to guarantee reliability and accuracy.
9.      Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of project requirements, design, and implementation details.
10.  Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in Intelligent Automation, RPA, and analytics, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
11.  Compliance: Ensure that RPA solutions adhere to security and compliance standards, and implement necessary controls
Qualifications & Key Skills:
1.      Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2.      Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on RPA and Intelligent Automation projects.
3.      Strong knowledge of RPA and Intelligent Automation concepts, principles, and best practices.
4.      Experience with large language models, machine learning, and artificial intelligence will be a significant asset.
5.      Exposure to analytics projects, including data analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
6.      Proficiency in requirements gathering, process assessment, and solution design.
7.      Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, both verbal and written.
8.      Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
9.      Experience in using analytics tools and platforms is a plus.
10.  Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is essential
