Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking for Business Analyst who commonly reviews and analyzes key business metrics to devise plans for improvement, then communicates these findings and plans to key stakeholders in the business. Responsibilities Pull data required to conduct business analysis, build reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor the performance Develop dashboards on the database of the department to enable data-driven decision-making in the department Assist with standards, technologies, and practices Responsible for requirement gathering, business analysis Responsible for applying their knowledge of business process modeling methodologies to document processes and present new process designs Generate periodic reports to assist in Project Monitoring Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills Should be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative Qualifications Bachelor's degree 1-3 years of experience in Business Analysis Fluency in Advanced MS Excel Experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SaaS products Proficient with data analysis and SQL Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Location – Indiranagar, Bangalore Timings - 12 PM – 9 PM ISTJob tags
