Job description

Position Overview

The Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing and managing daily administrative activities to support the smooth operation of the office. This includes handling communication, managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and providing general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate general office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
  • Manage agendas/appointments etc. for the management.
  • Handling domestic/international travel, hotels bookings, coordinate visas, flights, and taxis for employees/clients in India
  • Coordinate company events or conferences, which will include.
  • Manage all correspondences, Complaints, and queries about the Office facilities.
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  • Manage office logistics: will be responsible for maintaining the inventory of office supplies and equipment like stationery and furniture, always maintaining proper stock levels.
  • Submit timely reports and maintaining contracts for different activities and vendors, creating presentations and other management-level reports prepare.
  • Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
  • Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems.

Qualifications

  • 2+ proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Exceptional leadership amp; organizational skills: you never forget a thing and can run many requirements at the same time Strong decision- making skills Strong problem solving, critical thinking, interpersonal skills, as well as written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience efficiently using a computer to run basic admin duties: Email, Excel, Google Drive
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
  • Any Bachelor's degree mandatory.
