Daily monitoring and maintain records / site work.
Site inspection for quality work and material.
Coordinate Work condition with contractors.
Prepare estimate and billing.
Daily progress report.
Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
Manage budget and purchase materials
Comply with guideline and regulations regarding permits safety etc.
Own vehicle for transport.
Age 22 to 35 years.
Qualification Diploma / degree civil engineering.
Experience 3 years in real estate.
