Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a portfolio that includes leading roles in the development of high-profile, successful products. At least 5 years of experience in a strategic leadership role within a top-tier tech company (e.g., Apple, Amazon, Microsoft, Uber, Meta Platforms, Alphabet). Demonstrable success in managing and scaling engineering teams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field; a PhD is a plus. Deep technical expertise combined with an exceptional aptitude for strategic planning and execution.
