Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Divisional Manager for the Direct-to-Home (DTH) Department. The Divisional Manager will be responsible for generating sales leads, prospecting new Partners, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the DTH industry. Responsibilities: 1. Sales Prospecting and Lead Generation: · Identify Potential partners and generate sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. · Conduct market research to identify target demographics and partner segments · Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for potential DTH distributors and Partners. 2. Client Relationship Management: · Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing Partners · Understand partner’s needs and requirements and recommend appropriate DTH packages a and solutions. · Provide personalized service and support to address Partners inquiries and concerns. 3. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: · Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase DTH services and features. · Educate partners on the benefits and advantages of subscribing to our DTH services · Address Partners objections and concerns effectively to close sales opportunities. 4. Sales Negotiations and Deal Closure: · Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective Partners. · Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to achieve win-win outcome Qualification: Minimum Graduation from any stream.
