Job Description :- Excellent ability to coach, motivate, and direct tasks to a team of Salesforce professionals- Ability to demonstrate technical concepts visually and in writing- Strong ability to influence, relationship building and collaboration skills- Leadership skills, including the ability to facilitate team and client meetings effectively and deliver constructive feedback- Highly analytical, innovative problem-solving skills, and ability to provide alternate solutions- Highly organized, results-driven with attention to detail- Ability to work in fast paced environment and manage conflicting priorities- Lead Salesforce implementations, providing both oversight and hands on contributions to the design, development, and integration- Represents the development team during the Salesforce backlog grooming and owns technical estimates- Supervise the configuration, development, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce developments, maintenance releases and fixes- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues as they arise during the lifecycle- Lead the development team members by providing technical oversight and ensuring solution quality is maintained- Build people capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain quality and velocity of the development.
